Just like asking "what is bitcoin's solution to money laundering?", asking what Nostr is doing about "misinformation" is sort of missing the point. Nostr, like Bitcoin, is a protocol, not a company, not a product.
It's your obligation as an information consumer in the 21st century to apply critical thinking and reasoning.
