For a 60s exposure it's common for reciprocity to be something in the range of 80-120s depending on film stock. And some of the issues you talk about with film (satellites, grain difference) can fixed in post, the software that they make for film scanning and processing is actually quite impressive in its ability to remove dust, debris, etc. Although something like 30 exposures would be pushing it to getting very high consistency between exposures without a lot of post processing. In the case of film it make more sense to go for fewer, longer exposures.

I'm not sure what you mean by "dark frame" tbh. Astrophotography is new to me, all I've ever done is basically b&w telephotography of the Moons and stars at this point.
