A science criticism of Spider-Man… yeah, I know. Lots of it doesn't fit any real science, but this one really bugs me.
How can he crawl on and hang from ceilings. Most ceilings are just drywall.
Drywall cannot support a human's weight. Wouldn't the ceiling crumble and collapse under the weight? Or is one of his spider powers stud finding? (in this case, joists and beams)
