Chevron said last year that it was buying Hess in a $53 billion acquisitio.
In July of last year, Exxon Mobil said that it would pay $4.9 billion for Denbury Resources.
For an industry that is supposed to be dying out over the next 10 years, there is a lot of money moving around.
Kind of makes one wonder....🤔
