#Verizon FYI: If any part of your name has somehow gotten misspelled on your account, the optimum time to fix that is not when you have to cancel service. Addressing that prolonged what I thought was going to be a 5-minute call with my mom into a 29-minute slog; it did help that the Vz rep showed immense grace and patience while battling the billing system on our behalf.
