17 U.S. states and the District of Columbia join request to repeal Anti-TPS measure
The states of California and New York, together with the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, and the District of Columbia, filed, through their Attorneys General, the “Amicus Curiae” argument in support of maintaining the TPS that benefits migrants from Venezuela in the lawsuit that is being prosecuted in California against the revocation made by the Trump Administration.
