Hmmm.... well one group certainly believe that Labour will deliver on their promise to build more houses.... or do they?
The share price of most builders rose today.... but then again, this may also be a recognition that while encouraging more building Labour will fail to really dent the shortage & so builders' profits will remain high on the basis of short-supply.
