on one hand, i want a BPD diagnosis because it makes it very difficult for me to hold a job and i could potentially qualify for disability with it (and i dont think an autism diagnosis alone would be enough for that)
on the other hand, a BPD diagnosis would make it impossible for me to (legally) own a gun again in most states, and psychologists would be much more likely to send me to involuntary holds if they learned i had bpd.
