On my way to Kichijoji this afternoon, I took a long route along Itsukaichi-kaido in front of Seikei University. There I saw around seven trucks and a bus carrying Japan's notorious rightwingers, on their way to create a fuss somewhere. They were followed by several unmarked police cars. They turned down Seikei-doori, and then Inokashira doori, where this phalanx of police were waiting to prevent their further passage into the main Kichijoji shopping area. Very disruptive of traffic.
