In your writing, what is the best thing you've done (or might do) to a reader's state of mind?
Woodspell has a battered wife MC & opens at the lowest point of her life. Not your usual fantasy hero. I wanted to give readers stuck in similar situations someone to root for & identify with. It was supposed to be one book. Now there's 8 out & 4 more to come. All continue the theme of hope against all odds.
