Stumbled upon a weird issue with #Dell #PowerEdge servers from the 14th and 15th generation (Rx40 and Rx50) where it would not boot {Hardened,Free}BSD and Linux 6.5.13 and up. OpenBSD booted just fine with a snapshot.
Issue can be resolved by disabling #x2APIC in the system setup.
