We have just sent interview questions to a designer overseas via their London-based PR. Each time we do so, the questions are the result of a lot of research, in this case two hours, plus time writing them up. The number of designers who receive questions and never send back responses is growing, which is upsetting, since issues are planned around them—and we could have spent those two to three hours on something else.
