[2/2] to make a purchase, don't make a tracked digital payment. Instead, get cash out of an ATM and pay with that. The surveillance system will get less data about you from the ATM! Don't just take out the amount needed for that one purchase. Withdraw enough money to last you for a few days. That way, for your next few payments you will have enough cash.
