About a fortnight ago I thought I had lost my battle but all tests were negative and I hadn't lost my taste or smell and no muscle pain.
For the first time in about 5 years I contracted a flue. Really bad for 2 days and then it fizzled out.
I decided to self isolate because I didn't want to pass it on to anyone.
Luckily my changed shopping habits and good stocks of everything that lasts well plus some greens from the winter garden made isolation no problem at all.
