I hate tax season. It’s torture. The government knows every company that sent in a return on my behalf. Assign me a portal login, let me verify, then tell me what I owe or what you’re refunding me. I’m not a gazillionaire who needs a shady accountant to help me keep my gazillions by screwing over the little people. If all a person’s total assets are under $5 million (cuz some inherited Cali homes originally $10k in 1940 and now are $3 million) make it easy. Yes. I’m bitter about this time suck.
