Because of Google Play Store requirements I guess.
When I wanted to publish an open source app to Play Store few years ago they also forced me to add a Privacy Policy page and so on. I canceled all that stuff and accelerated my de-googling journey.
Invisible Pro is on [F-Droid](https://f-droid.org/packages/pan.alexander.tordnscrypt.stable) and these F-Droid guys check the source code for trackers and non-free stuff.
As long as we don't have an official Tor app, this thing is one of the best alternatives out there.
