So for all playing along at home, here are the schematics (VA0, 2 ASIC board):

The status: We have 5V using the good new power board. Backlight works, 34V is there too. But we have NO life. The crystal is swinging with 32 MHz, but IC3 does NOT output CCLK, which is 3.48MHz. Question is: why? Is it broken? Does it need to be reset?
