Here is the recipe if people are interested:
400g biscoff
300g vegan white chocolate (or vegan dark)
100g vegan butter or coconut oil
1tsp vanilla (optional)
Pinch of salt
Melt everything in the microwave. Transfer to an 8 x 8 Square tin
Put in the fridge to set (around 4-6 hours)
You can also modify this to make a pouring ganache to cover a cake as well
