CFMoto (and the other Chinese brands) prices are less than the traditional motorcycle manufacturers, enough to have an advantage, but not what they're priced at in China. They price it for what the market will bear, which is a very capitalist way of doing business.
I doubt BYD is going to lose out on profit out of the goodness of their hearts.
