As a reminder, you should not challenge marginalized people about their lived experiences with discrimination, especially if you not part of their group. Instead just _listen_ to them - you might learn something.

If you are male, don't challenge a woman about her experiences with sexism. And if you are white, don't challenge a black person about their experience with racism.

I've just seen a (presumably white, alleged leftist) user tell a black user: "I have never seen any #racism on #Mastodon !", and it was exactly as disgusting as you can imagine.

If plenty of black Mastodon users tell us that they have had racist experiences around here, then _believe_ them instead of pretending that everything is fine, damnit!
