After further testing with using my 15.6inch pen display as pen tablet I found interesting how by simply reducing the active area to 12inch (most medium pen tablets) via driver the cursor speed increases and makes it harder to control on my 24inch monitor.
Beneficial for rough sketches, painting and UI interaction.
Now I understand why some reviewers claim they have more control when using a LARGE pen tablet (15inch+), they don't really explain why but now I know.
