I am on the road and can’t really do a properly documented dig for you, but if you google Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAffe and check out his background, including his appointment as a US attorney during Trump’s first term and the Republican state justices that he clerked for, and then you do a little wiki reading on those justices, you find some interesting conservative roots, including the fact that one of them clerked for none other than Scalia himself.
