german anti-nazi laws are so funny because if that country actually gave even half a shit about actually making it illegal to be a nazi they'd make it generally illegal to be a fascist or hold any fascist beliefs, period. Instead they have these laws that are like, as long as you're not touching the swastika you can say as much racist, pro-genocide, anti-immigrant shit as you want. Just don't do it wearing a nazi arm band.
