I finally stopped putting it off and got bloods drawn to check my cholesterol as a pre-Wegovy baseline measure.
I haaate venipuncture. I managed to get through... I forget how many rounds of infusions for a blood disorder... and weekly dialysis for a couple of years. After that I was like, nope, I am done being stuck, and didn't have another blood test for yonks. I still feel that ugh-get-fucked reaction when a doctor orders bloods. But the cholesterol is being a drama queen* and she needs an audience. *sigh*
* she's not the only one lol
