Worse. Anyone can talk to an LLM. Do your research out of band of social interactions.
Most of my notes (not this one) are written with the help of LLM, I even have a standard prompt for text reflow. The idea is always genuinely mine, but some of the words, grammar, syntax and etc. is AI. I truly believe it makes my notes better not worse.
