That difficult thing of really, really needing to explain something...

but you just can't seem to find the right words to truly convey what you're trying to communicate...

so you keep explaining, and it turns into a novel length ramble that goes on & on...

and every cell in your body is cringing bc you just *know* it's too much - overthinking, oversharing - and you have this sinking feeling that people are rolling their eyes bc you're *being weird* and you're desperately afraid they just want to get away from you...

and the alarm bells are clanging in your brain that you should STOP TALKING IMMEDIATELY...

but you can't.

bc you just *need* to explain.

Yeah, that's a fun part of autism, isn't it?
