"content": "A combination of home workout and the mantra \"Treat workouts as therapy, not punishment\" really works well for me.\n\nI like to keep things minimal. I do have 3 designed workouts but I improvise quite a bit between sets. I have dumbbells, a bar, and jump ropes (even a heavy truncated set for inside, since the ceiling is too low). Everybody is different and it is cool when you find a type of workout that fits you.\n\nGood luck!",
