In the near future the preferred method of reaching your notes will for clients to connect to your own relay. When this happens you be able to curate the complete set of notes for your followers as you wish (ie. delete whatever you want). Yes, there will be copies of notes you'd rather forget "out-there" on other relays but people will be unlikely to casually come across them
