Centralized implementation of the tool through a limiting idea, principle, or structure that the engineer has in mind is not ideal. Each algorithm producer may have the ability to create something useful, but the ultimate is when the algorithm builds the feed on the fly based on user's preferences and individualized WOT score. Though a step in the right direction, we must not settle for 'more centralized options' when the end goal is 'individualized choice.'
