It reminds me of one of the ways in which #Mastodon fails to be as powerful as Xitter: it's not as good at publicly calling out bad actors, and actually getting them to notice. That's not a small thing - being able to name and shame corporations effectively matters a lot in the modern public square.
Are there ways we could improve this? I'm not sure there are, but it’s worth contemplating…
