VoiceOver / macOS / Safari tends to announce links with an ARIA heading as ‘level 2’ regardless of the `aria-level` (also Chrome).
Unable to find existing bug report or documentation on what might be happening here.
Anyone on this lazyweb know something off the top of their head before I do yet more digging?
