I tend not to share a great deal of personal news here, since I spend my time here largely sharing excerpts from material I'm reading daily that I hope may be of interest to others.
I do want to share, though, that this week, I lost a good friend, and this loss is weighing on me, so that I may be off-kilter in communicating here.
