We hear so much bad in media. Remember that we often don’t hear about the good. Humans are out there doing so much good. It’s the loud (and impactful) assholes we hear; but there are less of those people than there are of good people. That’s just a fact. And we need reminding of it.

Find good people; celebrate good people. It’s a matter of mental health to keep perspective.
