I know what you're trying to get at... but there are female Rabbis. Asenath Barzani, Sara Hurwitz, Dina Brawer, Shira Marili Mirvis, Pauline Bebe, Delphine Horvilleur, Floriane Chinsky, Sally Priesand etc.
There aren't _enough_ female rabbis (or rabbas, as Sara coined the term) and they've been forbidden for a long time, but the situation seems to be getting better, as an outsider looking it.
