RS-170 was published by EIA, which has ceased to exist and seemingly all its documents have gone into the ANSI memory hole. But various papers and manuals over the years reproduced bits of it, so I can say it has a bunch of things that look familiar if you've ever looked at analog TV/computer signals.

Notably, it defines the receiver's load impedance as 75 ohms ±5%, and that the signal amplitude from the "blacker than black" blanking signal level to reference white is 1V ±0.05V.
