I guess some nerdy characters in a supersecret NATO laboratory are having fun reverse-engineering it. Jammers will get software updates and it will become pretty easy to locate this devices in the future.
Besides of all the tragedy happening in Ukraine this war gave the west so much information about the Russian capabilities the strategic advantage cannot be overestimated. It goes far beyond the loss of material and soldiers Russia is having.
