Tomorrow: Brokers' open house. (Brokers only, checking out the place)
2 wks: Roofer comes, contractor fixes area$$
Meantime, we very well may take an impromptu driving trip to BC on Sunday because there is a really good house our agent alerted us to and we need to see it up close.
(Don't tell Hammy, he loves these trips and he'll go NUTS.)
