Kortik, but who cares. His standard is his standard. They are ONE pool, just ONE. And it's not an attack. It's a preference, and actually just a parameter in the software he uses.
Everything you are saying works with most every other miner, so the most likely scenario is that a skipped transaction will be in the very next block.
Do we want freedom, or a cabal of miners that vote over what should and should not be?
The market will decide.
