Breaking Bad (2008-2013) comes close I suppose. It started earlier though.
Sons of Anarchy (2008-2014) kind of fits this. The followup Mayans are not as good though.
As a stretch to the requirements maybe Billions (2016-2023)?
I agree though it wasn't easy to come up with a few examples and it doesn't cover it without reservations.
