Why doesn't Keychat directly support relay-based unencrypted groups in Chat?

Keychat is designed for small-scale, end-to-end encrypted private groups, where most members are friends rather than strangers.

Therefore, Keychat will indirectly support relay-based groups instead of mixing them with encrypted groups, which would cause confusion.
