This foolishness is almost enough for me to quit #bluesky right off the bat. Tom Nichols is smart enough to know why “deep state” has quotes around it, and he knows this piece wasn’t cheering Trump in any way at all. And then there is all the consensus in the comments condemning the piece and its author by people who obviously didn’t read it? It looks like the same old #twitter to me. Too bad.
