Sometimes I try to open a website and it seems to do nothing for several seconds. Is it DNS? Is it something else? I get extremely angry and hammer the return key several times, alternating with clicking in the address bar. Nothing changes.
I open a second tab with another website. 1 second delay, and the website loads. So does the other.
