I try to get a 20 minute nap daily around my lunch break. Some days (like today), I am unable to actually sleep so I'll simply sit or lay in silence and try to manage my breathing.

I've been doing this for about 20 years and it's a massive boon for my cognitive state and overall mood. often I'll have solved one of my problems for the day in that time just by stopping everything and being still.
