There is only 1 path to getting to better living circumstances in your situation and it's selling up (whoever helps with that), at a price you are prepared to accept so that you can land feet first in the new place, sign the contracts, hand over keys and get relocated. \n\nI shall pray that the snow holds off but if it does not you will manage i, even if it sucks.
