Writing after my physical therapy for my knee, which is going alright, and it's so therapeutic and relaxing. I needed it. This morning I found out that my father's house IS being sold. I lost him back in 2016, so it hasn't been easy. I need some therapy in the form of writing. It's been a tough day.
