POCSAG is insecure, and i guess if you wanted to send every pager a message you could probably construct a POCSAG message for that - especially if you tampered with the eeprom/firmware on board so that it has 2 numbers, the one that works until it explodes and the one that explodes it. I cannot stress this enough, pagers are real simple devices, and the frequencies they listen to are real close to consumer gear's freqs.
