I recommend one of wss://nostr-relay.untethr.me or
wss://relay.kronkltd.net - only two known relays running my implementation (https://github.com/atdixon/me.untethr.nostr-relay).
Bonus if you care like to diversify your relay implementations.
I implemented a bunch of optimizations and enhancements last week and it has been running solid. Always above the fold for me in Texas on nostr.watch.
nostr-relay.untethr.me is pretty active, ~300 active users on the reg.
