A few people had asked me via here and DMs, Substar is currently having some site / server issues it seems. Especially with payment processors. No response from support since its the weekend but if your card is being denied, thats probably the issue! So it should be resolved soon hopefully. So worry not if you thought your card is messed up or bank froze, etc. Its happening to others too!
