I woke up at like 4 AM with the worst headache (might have had a beer too many) and was struggling to sleep with it, so I just said "this is unacceptable" and took my usual Tylenol PM dosage again and then ended up sleeping off-and-on from 5 through 10:30, and I honestly feel far better than I have any right to as a result. Not a 100% but totally functional.
