If the unit is clean and not dented and otherwise jacked up then yes. EXCEPT! Can you verify the filters are good? The only way to find out is to filter water with added food coloring (1 teaspoon per gallon) though the system. If the water comes out non-colored and it doesn’t taste like shit then I’d say you’re good but then the question becomes, “how long do these filters have?”
